The pic is when we had broke down on interstate on the way home from daycare. Haven’t seen the car since as it sits at a shop not running waiting to be fixed when I can afford it. Hello I am a single father and has recently lost his job. I am at a loss for what to do at this point until someone else blesses me with a job. I recently had my only means of transportation towed to a shop due to it breaking down on me and my son on the highway on the way home from picking him up from daycare. Due to the fact that I lost my job I can not afford what it takes to get it running again because if I spend the only funds I have left without knowing where my next check is coming from I won’t be able to pay bills in order to keep a roof over our heads or food on the table. I am actively seeking a job through every available resource you can possibly think of online or even just walking in to different businesses and applying but this is a need that needs to be met now or I won’t be able to get my son to daycare anymore nor will I have reliable transportation for work when I finally do get blessed with a job opportunity. To get my car running again would take about $300 which is a estimate given to me by the shop. I just do not have it. We were just getting by as it was before I lost my job and now that I have lost it my last remaining money is literally survival money. Please help us with any kind of financial help so that we have a fighting chance of getting back on our feet one day in the not so far future. If I’m being painfully honest I’m terrified that this obstacle will be a stumble that will start a downward spiral of events that will eventually be to much for me on my own to get us out of unless someone helps. I don’t want that for me or my son because he deserves better in life and better from me as a father but as a 29 year old man who has never had any experience I’m doing the very best that I can. If anyone can please find it in there heart to please help with however much they can spare we would greatly appreciate it and never forget it. I believe that either way gods will be done so I will just continue to have faith and push forward the best that I can and hopefully his blessings will come our way.
