Hello everyone. My name is Brent. I am 26 years old and was recently married to the love of my life in June of this year. I came into the relationship with financial issues extending far beyond my income. I had racked up student loans, personal loans, pay day loans, and maxed out credit cards. But over the last 4 years we had been working to get me out of the hole I had dug. One loan in particular had gone by the way side over the last few years and unfortunately it is what has lead me to this point today. We had done so well for ourselves, saving a nice little nest egg for after marriage of around $2,400 and we had plans of using that money to move to upstate New York early next year. I have come here today ultimately because I screwed up. I allowed this loan to default and it has now come to the point that they have garnished $1,700 from our savings that we had worked so hard to build. It broke my wife’s heart when she found out and I have to do anything I can to try and get this money back for her. We have big plans and they mostly involve that $2,400 as a springboard to get us to where we need to be. If any of you out there have any inkling of an idea how I feel, then you know how much this money would mean to us. I am asking sincerely in the hope that we could receive the $1,700 needed to continue our journey. If anyone out there is willing to take a chance on us I can assure you that we would do everything in our power to make the absolute most of this opportunity. Please help us with this second chance.
Signed,
A Hopeful Husband.
