I’m coming out of a bad breakup, I was doing poorly in a sales job because the market was dying, and I got back with my ex to try to make ends meet. We went through all of my money first and then some (I’m now $3000 in credit card debt from her) and then struggled for a couple weeks through physical and emotional abuse before my friends convinced me to run. I’ve been looking for another sales job for the past few months and relying on my friends to help keep me fed and my phone bill active. I’m incredibly fortunate to have a place to stay where they don’t expect any payment from me (for now) but I can’t keep relying on my friends who do have rent to pay. My phone lost service last week and the interviews I had lined up didn’t work out and I’m still jobless. I need at least 70$ so I can turn my phone back on and be available for any sort of employer outreach but any little bit will help keep me fed.
