Hi my names Lynette and I am 51. I fell on hard times during the pandemic my boss passed away so I lost my job, my husband started gambling so I lost the home I lived in for 17 years and my mom died. So I left my husband took myself and my 3 elderly cats and moved in to help my stepdad hoping for better.But since my mom died my dad has become abusive and mean to me and my moms little dog. He aloud my sisters abusive boyfriend to move in with a scared pitbull so all of the other animals live in fear and stay hidden day and night. I tried to intervene one day when my sister was getting knocked around and she turned on me and sad it was none of my business and through out a few choice words I won’t add. I started working again but I have to use my dads vehicle because mine broke down and with paying rent and the gas bill and helping with the electric bill filling the car up with gas that he also allows my sister to use,I can’t save enough to get a car and get out of here. I literally don’t have any credit, I have always believed if I can’t buy it out right I can’t have it. So no one will give me a loan and trying to move with animals cost a fortune. And I wasn’t going to mention this but my sisters boyfriend attempted to video tape me in the shower and has been inappropriately behaving towards me and my dad does nothing. The guy is nuts and he Carrie’s a gun and I believe if I call the cops or get a restraining order he will hurt my animals so I am in fear everyday and so are my animals.
