John and Helen were married for 67 years. They got married in California where John worked for NASA and Helen had a daycare. They had 3 children and in 1973 they brought their family back to Missouri where they bought the home they would spend the next 50 years running their own businesses. Helen started a kennel raising miniature breeds. While John did a short time with the police force, he spent a few decades in the National Guard, and a lifetime on the road for them both when they went from driving semi to driving flag cars. They raised their children who went on to give them 9 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren. Now at age 85 John has left this world to be with God and Helen has many expenses she must face and conquer on her own. With this post we ask for any donations to help Helen with the funeral expenses, medical expenses not covered by insurance, some burdensome credit card debt,, so Helen can rest assured that there are no worries to face alone.
