I’m Brandon, 40 years old, legally disabled but to date have never been on disability, instead supporting myself with what work I’ve been able to do. In earlier years I was able to do white-collar professional work but the sudden onset of a very challenging condition made me change course. Most recently I was paying my bills, earning a modest living doing delivery-driver “gig work” …
… until my car broke down.
Putting me in a very precarious position.
I still want to work, so I’m currently applying for jobs—currently it seems my only option is a return to traditional full-time employment, which frightens me, but I’m willing to at least try to do whatever it takes.
But in the meantime I’m largely broke and behind on my bills. And being harassed for it daily.
If I could raise just $1500-$2000 I should be able to cover what I owe for now and stay afloat until I (hopefully) start earning again.
But honestly any help whatsoever would be helpful.
