Retired Marine and 40 years Police Officer’s Widow Denied Car Repairs by Breach of Warranty Contract:
I AM asking for financial assistance to help with my car repairs. Premiums were paid for an extended car warranty that the company breached their contract with me. The warranty company denied my claim verbally by telephone; never giving me a written detail document of denial. With documentation that my car was maintained in a timely manner by my maintenance company, evidenced none of the warranty company’s inspector’s claim, and not evidenced by the Ford Motor Company tech’s invoice, the warranty company breached their contract with me. Being a 78 yr. old disabled, retired registered nurse, living on a fixed income, I am unable to pay the cost for the repairs without the help from generous, understanding people and people who have been betrayed by extended warranty companies. My deceased husband purchased the 2015 Ford Escape to service us in our elderly age. The car has only 81,777 miles on it. It is worth the repairs; the only means of transportation I have to medical appointments, grocery stores, shopping, and transportation of my assistive ambulation devices. My husband and I served humanity well, never lacking in helping and protecting human life with our own lives. I am asking for help to maintain my health, independence, and self-dignity/self-worth. Thank you for all financial help afforded/given me. Paypal.me RuthLKing46
