I’m seeking for a funding to develop my business.
Since 2013 I have been working as a freelancer translator at Upwork, you are surely familiar with this platform.
In January 2017, I decided to start my own company operating in the translation industry (mainly English, Polish, Italian and Russian) and business management and launching startups (I cooperate with web designers, graphic designers, photographers). At the same time, I still cooperate with the Upwork.
Currently, my company is located on the dining room table. Imagine that the collected papers no longer fit on the table top, also on chairs, and somewhat on the floor.. Documents lie literally everywhere, the printer stands on the windowsill… it’s a drama scenario, not a business. The fire brigade would not approve of it.
I dream about developing my business. I wish I could double the number of co-workers. And, that present co-workers would come to the full creativity in a good atmosphere of the office interior. They currently work from their own homes, and this is not conducive to creative thinking and full involvement in professional duties.
That’s why I have to buy a place where we can move our beloved company. Me from the dining room table, my team from their own apartments.
Polish banks, however good, are not flexible in terms of granting loans to entrepreneurs like me. For them, my cooperation with foreign clients from around the world is more discouraging than encouraging. They can not classify me in any of their headings.
Without the support of the bank, I am unable to develop, help others to have stable jobs and build further ventures, such as the Ecological Goat Farm.
The first step in the development was the establishment of my company.
The second step is to obtain a mortgage loan for the purchase of office property and to provide co-workers with decent working conditions and to manage the professional side of their lives.
The third step, I assume that this will take place at the beginning of next year, will be the construction of Organic Goat Farm with the leading breeding of the endangered breed of the Carpathian goat and the production of long-lived goats cheese.
But at the moment my priority is an office property. Other things will come with time.
This is how I set out my business development.
