Hello, my name is Jessica and I am asking you to please make donations to my account to help me raise money to get my business off of the ground. I am a mother of 2, and I was pressured out of my job in 2011. It was related to my son almost dying in 2010 at age of 4 months and my need to for a different work schedule so I could take my son to therapy every morning. (It is a long story and I don’t want to be mistaken as bitter about what happened; I only care about caring for my children properly.) My son sustained a brain injury from a vaccine and he is still healing from all of the damage. At age 7 he has yet to walk, talk or eat on his own. My son needs a lot of therapy that the insurance companies won’t pay for him to have to be well again. This injury has put a great strain on our finances, and our family as a whole. In order to help my family and care for my son, I have to create my own opportunity to work.
For the past year I have been working on getting my business off the ground so that I can be at home earning income while I continue to care for my son. I was able to find people who will invest in my vision, but I have to have money to also put into the business for operating expenses to show that I am serious. I only need a few thousand dollars to start generating income for my family. I have already invested in creating an LLC. I have an accounting education and background, so I understand how to set up the business legally and ethically.
My husband was able to find a job a few months ago, so we are able to pay most of our living expenses again. But we do not have enough to spare to save up for the business right now. In order to pay for the therapy and purchase a second car so I can start taking my son to his daily therapy appointments, I really need to get this business off of the ground. A minimum of $3,000 would provide the money I need to be taken seriously and start get things going. Any amount great or small is appreciated. Thank you for providing the opportunity for my family to get back on its feet and contributing to society again.
p.s. I didn’t post a picture of my children because I don’t think it is wise to post children’s pictures on the internet like that. I hope you understand.
