Having earned life’s stripes and honorable awards of wisdom at my age, I embrace the many challenges and the lessons life has taught me. It allowed me to better use the tools and resources on how to better be developed as a potential entrepreneur and human. In my creative ways of thinking, having the ability to recover has given me more than one way of achieving what I desire with perspective on where I want to go while I continue to prepare for the inevitable lessons yet to learn.
Though not too keen on the title of this platform, “Begging Money” I’ve surrendered myself to seek out help as there aren’t too many options out there for me and my situation at this time. And never would have thought at this point of my life to ever needing too asking, nevertheless, to asking a stranger for this type of help.
I come to you with humility. And will spare the shame of waves, that come upon me, with embarrassment yet full of certainty and compassion.
As a woman, a mother and once very successful within my careers, I am grateful such an opportunity exists.
I am seeking $12,424.00 to having the capability to bring awareness to communities, neighborhoods, and businesses of all kinds and uses what are highly toxic to our earth, by not disposing of items properly due to convivence and lack of knowledge which I intend to be made aware. And that is called E-Waste.
As a certified collector/handler of E-Waste with The State of California and Cal Recycle of the collected items to be recycled, the business name I want to legalize with The State of California is Electric Avenue and a part of my funding request.
As electronic waste continues to grow rapidly as the innovation of cell phones, laptops, computers and televisions, have lesser years of life span forcing the consumer to continually have the better, faster, slicker and slimmer version, keeping up with the jones if you will. As items are quickly bought, they are quickly tossed into the trash, contaminating our landfill of highly dangerous toxic materials as lead, arsenic, cadmium, mercury and polyvinyl chloride (PVC) causes breakage, leakage seeping into earths soil, affecting our water consumption and water usage and animal and vegetation farmland.
Funding will go towards a vehicle/truck/van or SUV of some kind, to utilize for smaller pick-ups more efficiently. Possibly with tow hitch getting an 18-footer trailer for larger pick-ups. In addition to Registration fees, insurance etc. as well.
Continuous learning of EW, durable larger banner ads and structure for marketing espouser promoting E-Waste Collection Event within communities. Education material, flyers, pamphlets, storage bins office supplies, carts or wagons.
The “know how” is what I have, the encouragement is what I receive. The funding am lacking, the willingness is what I need.
