private boardinghouse for senior citizens and the disabled,

I am looking for funding to open up a nostalgic, stuffed burger
restaurant called the Hot Spot 1980’s in the amount of $250,000.
I would like to open the restaurant by Monday, September 5th,

french fries, smoothies and desserts (regular or sugar-free)

I have found an existing, closed restaurant with all the
kitchen equipment and dining room furniture. That property
used to house a former pizza restaurant on 866 Elm Street
Over the years, I have bought and collected Reagan-era
artifacts like vinyl albums, cassette tapes, CDs, video
games, toys, books, magazines, and posters to decorate
the restaurant’s dining room.
I am also a self-taught chef who has the ability to make
stuffed burgers with cheeses and vegetables of different
kinds like chicken, pork, lamb, turkey, Sweet Italian
Sausage, veal, and pizza.
I am an organized and responsible chef and owner who can
create new jobs for the unemployed.
