Thank you so much for taking the time to click our story. I don’t want to bore you so I will make this as brief as I can. My wife and I opened up a real estate company with all the money we had saved up, which wasn’t much.. about $15,000. We paid for the office space and got everything we need to start up but had no money for advertising. We went on to advertising on craiglist to get rentals and/or customers and received some phone calls. Unfortunately we have had no luck in getting customers. The customers we do have always end up not moving forward. We also tried bus bench ads and nothing at all!
We listen to Bob Proctor and also listen to Think and Grow rich and have applied this in our lives however there is nothing that has worked. I get paid fairly well but after paying our home bill we have nothing to cover our office costs. Our credit sucks and have tried getting small business loans and have been told that since my wife is a black female that they will have difficulty getting a loan because it’s a white male dominant world. We will not give up and will prove them wrong! We have asked our families but they cannot help. We will never give up until we are successful because we want to be able to help other small business minority owners that are struggling like us with a dream.
We will make a difference in this cruel world of business because we know how it feels to not be believed in.
