Hello Community
I trust this message finds you well. My name is Candice, and I am reaching out to you to seek funding for my business venture in the field of Rental Arbitrage. I am enthusiastic about this opportunity, and I believe with your support, I can turn this dream into a successful reality.
Despite maintaining an excellent personal credit profile, I am facing challenges in securing the necessary funds for my business startup. My FICO score is over 800, with a flawless payment history, under 10% credit card utilization, no derogatory marks, and over 10 years of credit history. However, in spite of that, I find myself in need of external funding to cover essential startup expenses.
Recognizing the importance of maintaining separation between personal and business finances, I am reluctant to utilize my existing personal credit card for startup costs. While exploring alternative funding options, I have chosen to focus on Chase due to their reputation and my existing longstanding relationship with the bank. I have had a personal relationship with them since 2009, with over $20k in available credit.
Now, I know you might be thinking, “Why don’t you use that credit for your business start-up cost?” The reason I will not is because I aim to streamline my business financial statements, keeping them straightforward as I embark on this solo journey. You might also be thinking, “Why don’t you go to other lenders to receive the capital you’re looking for?” The answer is that I do not want multiple business funding accounts as I am dyslexic, so it takes me more time to complete a task. Keeping my financing in one bucket is the most efficient course of action for me. Chase is known for offering a substantial limited amount on business credit cards, especially if you have a relationship with them already, plus they provide a 3-month window to use statement credits to help with paying the monthly bill. I already have a Chase business credit card with a small limit that I am working on to raise the limit and applying for another Chase business credit card. I have determined that opting for a Chase business credit card only is no longer an option for me. Regardless of my amazing credit history, I cannot secure funding from them.
Allow me to provide insight into my background and the passion driving this business endeavor. At 43 years old, I have discovered a newfound enthusiasm for rental arbitrage—a venture that aligns with my long-standing desire to own property. I want to be really transparent about this, I like some things a lot, but I am not passionate about them. I have diligently researched and strategized, seeking a business that offers automation potential within two years, and can generate substantial income if executed correctly. This is something that I am finally excited about and will help me obtain my wish to build a foundation to own and sustain multiple properties and start a financial fund for my future self.
With the goal of building a foundation for property ownership and ensuring a secure financial future, I am committed to making rental arbitrage a success. I am currently undergoing comprehensive training in all aspects of this business model, including business entity selection, property setup, legal considerations, and tax planning.
I am really passionate about this new adventure I am beginning, but I need help. To expedite the process and enhance the business’s efficiency, I am seeking a funding amount of $50,000. This capital will be allocated to cover essential expenses such as city licenses, permits, fees, taxes, lease agreements, business checking account setup, property furnishings, professional décor, listing photos, and other initial business costs.
Furthermore, I envision forming a team of four people to streamline various aspects of the business, including back-office operations, property setup, property acquisition, and legal matters. I am open to discussing potential collaborations with individuals who are computer literate, professional, and share a desire to enter the real estate industry without the perceived complexities.
I sincerely appreciate your time in considering my funding request. I am open to discussing this opportunity further and would be delighted to arrange a Zoom meeting at your convenience to delve into the details. Your support will not only enable the realization of my entrepreneurial aspirations but also contribute to the success of a venture that holds the potential for financial stability and growth.
Thank you for your consideration, and I look forward to the possibility of working together.
Sincerely,
Candice
