My name is Trina P. I am a single mother with 2, now, adult children. Unfortunately, after divorcing their father back in 2004, I have been a single parent since and have had to carry the financial burden of raising them on my own.
I am the owner of a small business that was established in 2010 but incorporated in 2014 to assist and help homeowners who are facing foreclosure. My assistance allowed homeowners to stay in their homes for extended periods of time. Some avoided foreclosure altogether. Some were allowed to stay in their homes for years. I, personally, was able to avoid foreclosure for 10 years and was able to stay in my home for 16 years in total.
My goal was and still is, to stop the banks from carrying out illegal foreclosures based on their fraud. Most homeowners are not aware that a large percentage of banks commit fraud by creating documents to claim ownership of the home loans. When the homeowner defaults, they move in to foreclosure and take homes that do not legally belong to them. Unfortunately, if a lawsuit is filed, the judges are being paid off by these lenders. However, I was successful in May of 2021 when a lower case decision was overturned in the Appellate Court. No attorney in the state of California has accomplished what I accomplished with this case. Unfortunately, when the case was handed back to the lower court, the judge continued with doing his own thing and not abiding by the written laws.
Things took a drastic turn on July 4, 2022 when my Beloved Mother passed away. I was not prepared for the mental devastation her loss has caused me. It seemed when she passed away, everything else died. My business that thrived for over 12 years seemingly just dried up. I was also forced to move out of my home of 16 years. These 3 things happened all within a month of each other. For the past year, I have been surviving off of credit and loans. I have even had to use my adult children, who still live with me, to keep rent and the bills paid. Over the course of the past 3 years, I have made several investments that should have avoided me being in this position. All have either been delayed or failed. I have personally loaned out more than $200,000.00 to help others in need. I am in no way rich, however, at that time, I had the funds to help others who were in a worse situation than me so I helped. It was only supposed to be for a couple of weeks and now it has turned into 3 years. I have never hesitated to help others in need when I was in the position to help. A large part in my business dwindling was that I had received several Appellate decisions that were against the victory I received in May 2021. It was painstakingly obvious that their was no validity in the law. I felt defeated. I no longer wanted to continue taking money from people when I knew what the end result would be. Since then I have constantly looked for ways where homeowners could be successful and achieve the desire result. I believe I have found it. I now need financial assistance to transform my business and get back on the road to helping others in need.
I am looking for a donation of $25,000 to $50,000.00 to not only change the course of my life and help me get back on my feet, but to change the course of many lives. This blessing will be the gift that keeps on giving. A portion of the funds will be used to get me all caught up with my bills so my credit doesn’t go bad. The other portion would be used to transform my business to assist people who are struggling with credit card debt and have foreclosures looming over their heads. These funds would allow me to assist them in preparing documentation to get these credit cards and mortgages paid through a court order. With this assistance, I will not only be able to pay that would be given to me back, but be willing to pay the donor a percentage of my earnings so that the money could be used to pay it forward continuously for years to come.
